This morning I decided that The Solitude of Prime Numbers will be the next novel I read. Then after my classes, I went to the school book store to purchase one of my required readings - Food Rules: An Eater’s Manual by Michael Pollan.
Funny coincidence that both have a pea pod on the cover :)
edit: finished Food Rules! Great book to have :) especially if you are thinking about what “health eating” can mean to you. I suggest you read Michael Pollan’s Food Rules! This book pretty much sums up how I see it :) FINALLY a way to share it with everyone!!! Going to try to follow rule #7 as best as I can :)

One of my resolution I set was to read more!!! At least one novel a month and so far that’s going well :)
I just finished reading Bret Easton Ellis’ American Psycho… a very graphic novel about a Wall Street guy who happens to be a psychopath as well. 0___0
This gory novel is about drugs, sex and Murder … oh and a lot of details about fashion and food.
I’ve never really read anything about the psyche of a psychopath… but maybe they are very OCD about details like the main character Pat Bateman. As you may know, Christian Bale stars in the movie remake of this novel. At first, I thought he was one of the supporting guys but then saw the trailer. The more I read, the more I could picture Bale play the role as Bateman… not sure if that good for him or not …haha…
Anyways it was an interesting read and definitely not for the faint heart! I had to skip some parts of it because it was too too descriptive for me. I haven’t decided what I think about the ending…. I’m honestly puzzled about it haha

Quote from this interesting article I read this morning on Huffington Post. Read it here:

Healing With Hurt Feelings

Good point from this article and a good read; although, I don’t agree with everything she says. Nonetheless, I think it’s a good starting point for anyone who needs a little help or direction on how to cope with challenges in any sort of relationship.
